These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Load & Go Trash Valet text-message program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Load & Go Trash Valet sends recurring automated text messages related to trash valet and junk-removal service. Messages may include on-site arrival alerts, pickup completion notices, service and schedule updates, and account or billing notifications.
How to opt in
You can opt in by submitting your mobile number through our online sign-up form (including via a QR code on property flyers), by texting a keyword such as YES plus your property code (for example YES MAPLE) to our number and confirming your unit, or by providing express written or verbal consent to our staff. When you opt in you agree to receive recurring automated messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of tenancy.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on service activity at your property.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out anytime: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email service@loadandgotrash.com.

Supported carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability.

Your privacy matters. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
