Load & Go Trash Valet ("Load & Go," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at loadandgotrash.com, our customer and worker portals, and our text-message (SMS) program.
Mobile information is never sold. No mobile information (including phone numbers collected for SMS opt-in) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Information we collect
- Contact details — name, email address, mailing/property address, and phone number.
- Property information — community name, building, and unit number for scheduling service.
- SMS opt-in data — your mobile number, the date and method of consent, and the exact disclosure language you agreed to.
- Service records — pickup history, completion photos, reported issues, and violations logged on site.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as device and browser type when you use our website or portals.
How we use your information
- Provide, schedule, and complete trash valet and junk-removal services.
- Send service-related text messages and emails (for example, on-site arrival and completion alerts, account and billing notices).
- Respond to inquiries, quotes, and support requests.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Maintain the security and integrity of our services and comply with legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
When you opt in, we send recurring automated service text messages such as on-site arrival and completion alerts and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business, and never sell it:
- Service providers — trusted vendors who process data on our behalf, such as messaging (Twilio), email (SendGrid/Twilio), payments (Stripe), and hosting/database (Google Firebase). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. Consent and opt-out records are retained to document your messaging preferences. Completion photos from service visits are typically deleted about six months after the visit. Tenant violation photos and related violation records are retained longer for compliance and property-management purposes.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email.
- Request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us (subject to legal limits).
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
